Aryan Rashed, Founder & CEO of TREMBLE, operates 8 corporate-owned pilates studios across Florida and NYC. Before NetGym, TREMBLE relied on manual methods like WhatsApp, group texts, and email chains that were at times flawed with human error. This resulted in a cluttered, admin-heavy process, involving a significant amount of manual work.

Streamlined Subbing Process ⚙️

NetGym provided TREMBLE with a solution that filtered the subbing process by each instructor’s studio location and skill set. When a TREMBLE instructor sends out a sub request, only instructors with the appropriate skills and located in that area are notified. Since some instructors teach across multiple locations, this simplified the coordination of subs for management, making for an efficient and organized system. 

Resource Hub for Team Communication 🗂️

NetGym offered a centralized place for all team- and studio-related needs with their Resource Hub. This allowed TREMBLE to upload how-to videos (from mic set-up to how to turn on/off the lights) for each studio along with other handy and helpful resources that their staff could access on-the-go. All to say, eliminating the need for managers to constantly be sharing resources to new employees (or reminding old ones!).
